I am doing it without just because I don't have any weights at the moment. But weights would probably make it much more of a challenge.0

100 rep barbell squats are amazing fun. Around 80 you have an out of body experience. I don't think I could do 200+ in this challenge!0 -

Well it does point out in the pic that you can do them in sets, which makes it alot easier IMO.0 -

I do legs 2* weekly, and I usually start with squats - but that's more like 5* eight to fifteen with barbell. I've heard that's the best number for building muscle, so I wonder if doing, say, 200 consecutive squats is really beneficial. Any ideas on that is appreciated.0

Looks like there is 1 day rest per week. As I'm doing the 100 push ups in 6 weeks challenge am going to try their 200 squats in 6 weeks challenge as it seems a bit more structured for me - good luck to everyone!0 -

Done! I did 75 squats last night and 85 squats this morning...no weights.0
