Was just wondering if anyone else is doing this! :) I didn't make this, found it while browsing on my Tumblr dashboard. I've been meaning to start doing some squats so this is the perfect time.

Is that with or without weights?
  • I am doing it without just because I don't have any weights at the moment. But weights would probably make it much more of a challenge.

100 rep barbell squats are amazing fun. Around 80 you have an out of body experience. I don't think I could do 200+ in this challenge!

Well it does point out in the pic that you can do them in sets, which makes it alot easier IMO.

I do legs 2* weekly, and I usually start with squats - but that's more like 5* eight to fifteen with barbell. I've heard that's the best number for building muscle, so I wonder if doing, say, 200 consecutive squats is really beneficial. Any ideas on that is appreciated.

I'm looking at it again, an see it's every day. What about recovery (when you actually build strength)?

Looks like there is 1 day rest per week. As I'm doing the 100 push ups in 6 weeks challenge am going to try their 200 squats in 6 weeks challenge as it seems a bit more structured for me - good luck to everyone!
