    I understand that some people can be rude with their comments but I find alot are just giving people an over the internet kick in the *kitten* that might be needed and some people just might not know how to take it or get defensive to fast instead of sitting back for a sec and paying attention to what is being said., I see a few on here that cannot understand why they are not losing weight when they are either eating to much or not enough or not working out hard enough and get offended when people tell them what they are doing wrong.
