Is an exercise still that no matter how "modified" ?

IE V-ups with feet crossed,
plank on fore-arms and knees,
curtsey lunges instead of actual lunges... etc

As far as I can see. Moving is still moving.....Cals burned, at a slower rate....Do what you can....0

Technically yes, but you have to understand that if you modify them too much then don't target all of the muscles they are intended to.0

GREAT question, I can't wait to see if any trainers or physical therapists answer this question because I think most of my workouts will be modified for a very very long time, long after my MFP goal is reached next year.0

If you can't do it, modified is better than skipping.0
