Over the last 3 + months I have lost about 23 Lbs , for the first 2 months it was all cardio work , The 3rd month I've added Strength training 3x a week ... I'm now onto the start of mnth 4 ..Within the last few days I've noticed excess skin under my arm area , Triceps to Lat area and the belly area ... How long does it normally take for the skin to tighten up and disappear?
I not kidding this just magically appeared within the last few days:grumble:

Skin can take a very long time to contract, and true muscle growth can take a long time to accumulate. Keep at it, and let time do it's thing.0
