Strength Training

I've been exercising for a good year now and I'm about 15lbs away from my goal weight. After a precedent of doing mostly cardio, I would like to start incorporating some strength training and toning into my workout. Without getting a gym membership, what are some exercises I can do to use my own body weight as resistance? I already do push-ups and that kind of thing. I would prefer to target my shoulders and upper arms. Thanks in advance!

if you want to target your shoulders and arms, keep doing push ups. there really is no better upper body exercise, aside from pull ups, then the push up.0
