Hi I'm Lara from the UK

Have been dieting for a while now and hve managed to lose 50lbs - still have 55lbs to go but I am getting there and will have hopefully reached target sometime this year or next - before I'm 50!!!! 3 and a bit years to go then.

Look forward to meeding others online and chatting about what works for you.
