Wanting to know what has worked for you in terms of diet or life style change?
How much weight have you lost and how long has it taken you?
What has been the best work out you consider has given you the best results?
What would be your best motivational quote for a person like me needing to loose over 100 pounds?

As for my stats, on Atkins and have lost 8 pounds in two weeks. Haven't really worked out yet but have a whole bunch of work outs videos. Leslies Sansone, Zumba, Taebo, power90, jillian Michaels, turbo jam, and Turbo fire. Which one have you done, if any?h

    I haven't had a big weight loss, more just maintenance but I enjoy classes at the gym rather than working out alone.
    They're more motivational, fun and I've met a bunch of people.

    Learn about nutritional content and log everything you eat.

    Drink lots of water and stay active :smile:
