Help with my TDEE?

I just wanted some reassurance that I got my numbers right on the amount of Calories I should be consuming in a day.
I have read posts by Dan, Sara and Sidesteel where they use online calculators to work out the numbers.
I have done it a bit differently after reading Morebean’s blog about her diet break, so this is what I did.
Total calories consumed during Jan was 47418 over that same period I lost 6.6kg or about 14.5lbs, so I multiplied 14.5 by 3500 (50750) added 47418 and 50750 together (98168) then dived by 31 to give me my maintenance cals of 3166, so if I deduct 20% of this total, daily cals for me should be 2533?
I am currently on 1600 cals a day and I don’t want to undo all of the hard work I have put in.
Thanks for taking the time to help
