Today is free pastry day at Starbucks until 10:30 am local. They are so evil...

    I was just telling a bunch of people about this lol A coworker and I just ran down for a coffee, and split a muffin...still 215 calories! Yuck, but yum! At least it was my breakfast

    I wish I wasn't on phase one of P90X (low carb). I would love a muffin from there.

    I got my free pastry! Just gonna work it into the cals today :-) It was part of my incentive to make in to 5:30 AM spin!
