Or at least that seems to be the general idea. But here's the thing, I don't want to do the same boring thing day in and out. Let's trick up our muscles, see what all we can do. Different exercise each day of the week, thirty minutes a day. Any takers? And if you don't want to join me in this mission, then maybe just give me an idea for a day of the week?

Sunday - Cardio (Walk, brisk pace/Run/Jog)
Monday - Circuit training
Tuesday - Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups)
Wednesday - Zumba (Wii, class, youtube)
Thursday -
Friday -
