I just got out of a 4 year long emotionally abusive marriage and i emotionally ate the whole time plus having 2 kids which i love dearly but have put on alot of weight..im 5'3 and 220 and im desperately reaching out for support along the way.. im about to give insanity a try...hope i dont die..lol..please friend request me so we can support each other along the way.
