After giving birth to my two babies, I have a definate pooch. When I say pooch, I mean overhang! I've started using the Abking Pro, but would love to know how other ladies have got rid of the mummy pooch!

I am having problems with this too. I had 2x EMCS unfortunately so the scar I have is quite hard and rigid so *anything* just hangs over like a ledge. I hate it but am realising it is going a little with lots of ab work. However, I can also now see what is just the loose skin which nothing is going to touch unless it's a surgeon's knife! I just keep doing my abs, get it as good as I can and if I'm wearing a figure hugging outfit pop on some control pants :D

I have also been having this problem but to be honest I have lost 73lb and 13 inches of my waist so as you can imagine it is a lot smaller but I did speak to a fitness instructor yesterday and he said dont beat yourself up you have done so well but it will take time and I suppose it's the good old thing that we lose our boobs first and our stomachs last so he just said keep up the excercise and it will go so I now look at it as its been stretched for 15 years so will take some time to go sorry if I'm rambling but hope it helps

Having had 2 C sections, I just don't see this just going away. Sad, but true. I fear one can only do so much in ths area.

Yes, I call this a 'gunt'...it's awful! I hate my overhanging tummy. I have lost 30lbs and the sag hasn't decreased at all, I have accepted it. If I lose weight and it gets smaller great, if not it's ok.

Abs are made in the kitchen...deadlifts are great for core.

Mine isn't from having a baby...well maybe a bit is left over from when I had my daughter 14 years ago...but I've definitely got the middle age pouch that women heading towards menopause tend to get. It is the main reason I decided to start this new way of life. I'm not a freaking kangaroo! I don't need a pouch!
