Pilates?

I'm a pilates devotee and have been for about 3 yrs. I do 4 reformer classes a week (on machines not mat) but I'm not sure how to enter them on mfp. I'm not convinced it's cardio bc my heart rate doesn't get very high although it definitely goes up. Some blogger said it was similar to calisthenics but I'm dubious. Any ideas?

There is a pilates category under cardio. I suggest you use that.0

Im an addict after just one month of Pilates and I just put it under strength training.0

I use the cardio one-- it's not a ton of calories and I generally don't eat them back because I'm not convinced on the number. It says 52 calories per 20 minute session for me.0

Agree with everyone. Use the cardio one. I do that for exercise I don't really think is cardio, but that's only listed in cardio (like weight lifting).

Thanks guys! I'm not sure why I haven't been able to find pilates under cardio. I'm pretty special that way ;-)0
