...Seriously, someone tell me that I don't need to spend $350 on a pair of shoes, no matter -how- unique and beautiful they are. Because I'm in love. Damn you John Fluevog! Damn you and your incredible shoecrafting skills!

    lol, I'm deployed overseas right now. I don't have groceries or really bills. And I donate to charity from every check. Hence the willpower. Right now I have nothing better to spend the money on, but I'm -really- trying to save what I get. BUT THEY ARE SO PRETTY AND I LOVE FLUEVOGS.

    (And if you loook carefully, they're deep green)

    Saving is always a nice idea. Have you thought about what you're going to do when you get back? Put the money towards a house/car/medical emergency ect...

    I'm obsessed with Christian Louboutins. They are closer to $1000 a pair. I say get your shoes if you can afford it. People give me crap about my expensive shoes but I make a lot of money and save most of it. The occasional ridiculous splurge is fine.

    By this logic no one should be overweight either because excess food is wasteful.

    True. Human nature is a biotch though. We definitely exceed our needs at times. We can't always label it as bad or good though.
