If using a online tdee calculator ( weight, height, age, exercise level) and it says 2447 and i take 20% off thats the most cals i should have in a day?
So if my BMR is 1579 and i eat between that and 1957 i should lose weight?

Eat less than 2447 and you'll lose weight. Aim to keep your NET above your BMR.0
