I made this for breakfast this morning. I had something very similar to this when at a nice Bed & Breakfast in Washington DC.
I logged it into "My Recipes" and the calorie count came out to be 370 per Tortilla bowl.
This is if you follow the ingredients and portions I used.
Here is the recipe:
This recipe serves (2) people - One Tortilla bowl each is 370 Calories
Buy those shaped pans for the tortillas to be baked into a flower shape.
Prep the tortillas by baking and cooling them. Dice the peppers and onions, fry in cooking spray. Whip the eggs with some water to make sure they'll be fluffy, then pour the whipped eggs into the peppers and onions. Once they are mostly done, put on 4 Tbsp of Salsa to warm it. Divide into two, put into the tortilla bowls, add 1/2 oz of shredded cheddar and one dollop of sour cream. DONE.
INGREDIENTS
Breakstones - Sour Cream, Reduced Fat 1.5 Tbsp 31g.
Guerrero - Whole Wheat Tortilla, (2) Tortillas
Stop N Shop - Mild Cheddar Cheese 1 oz
Onion chopped 3/4 cup
Green Bell Pepper 1/2 a pepper
Ortega Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa 4 Tbsp
4 Large Eggs
