Trying To Determine My Goal

I want to try to get a better idea of what my goal should be. I'm about 5'7 1/2. I have a medium-large frame. I've never been in shape so it's hard to know what weight I'd look good at or be comfortable at. My original goal was 170, then I lowered it to 160. Now I have it at 150, but I'm wondering if I should go even lower (maybe 145). I know that goal weight is a personal preference as long it's within a healthy range. I'm working out 5 days a week. Right now I only do about 30 mins of cardio all 5 days and then 30 Day Shred 4 of those days as well. I do plan to add in more strength training, including heavy lifting, so in the end with the muscle tone I'll have and everything, 150 may be just right anyway. I don't want to look boney or too muscular. Anyone have some example pics around that height and weight?

Personally, I chose a goal that was at the high end of the BMI charts for my height. My thinking was that I wanted a goal that was more attainable, with the thought that once I reach that goal, I can always evaluate how I feel, and then set a new lower goal.
FYI, the pics in my ticker are pretty accurate to the weights shown. I'm 5' 8", and think I look pretty good at 164!0 -
Once you start losing the weight you will get to those goals and you will have a much better idea of whether or not you want to stay there or if you are not yet comfortable at that weight. The answer you want cannot come from anyone else but yourself on what your goal weight should be or not be.... however, there are standard weight to height ratio charts published by countless health and government agencies all over the internet that can give you an idea of what they think your range of weight should be for your height.
