ab exercise tapes

Does anyone know of any good ab exercise tapes
i have bene doing p90x for about ayear now but still cannot seem to tone my lower stomach!
any advice?

    Hip hop abs is pretty good and works different parts of your stomach

    I am actually having the same problem, but lately I have been using Tummy Tuck, the ab workout that is part of the Brazil Butt Lift program. I have seen results fairly quickly although not yet perfect. Please be sure to post if you find a good one.

    I like Turbo Jam Abs! I'm a horseback rider, so I need a *VERY* strong core. This workout does a lot of the work standing up, and I find it's more effective for strengthening. And it's a fairly fun workout :smile:
