Small Success. Beginner! 7 lbs in 10 days!

So i started 10 days ago , and i don't wanna post pics yet, but thought i would share a small victory for all you people that may have just started ...... i quit beer and replaced it with water. completely changed what i was eating and how much and started a mild workout program..... ( only 1-2 times a week instead of 3-4) ....... but down from 195 to 188 on the dot today and 1 in in my waist and hips. i started jillian 30 day shred today, hope to continue on this path...thanks for everyone who has been so nice to me
and thanks to all of you who post before and after pics. its really what inspired me to stick to this.
