When I began my calorie counting, I used almond milk or rice milk instead of real milk in my coffee. I used to add artificial sweeteners as well.

Now, I just go ahead and use one ounce of real non-fat milk. It has more protein and it really doesn't add up to much: 13 kcal. I weaned myself off sweeteners, and now I like my coffee with just the non-fat milk.

I use liquid vanilla stevia ... and some creamer every now and then.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a substitute for cream or milk in coffee? I can't give up my coffee - yet! The extra calories from milk/cream are killing my daily calorie total. I'd rather eat the calories than drink them. I've tried black coffee and just can't do it. Thank you for any suggestions!
ok so how much milk are you using? i use whole milk no sweetner and it only ads 18 cals per (giant) mug of coffee(18cals+5cals=23 cal coffee per16oz mug)
