Substitute for cream or milk in coffee?

When I began my calorie counting, I used almond milk or rice milk instead of real milk in my coffee. I used to add artificial sweeteners as well.
Now, I just go ahead and use one ounce of real non-fat milk. It has more protein and it really doesn't add up to much: 13 kcal. I weaned myself off sweeteners, and now I like my coffee with just the non-fat milk.0 -
I use liquid vanilla stevia ... and some creamer every now and then.0

I like coffee mate fat free creamer. It's only 10 cals per tbs.0

The extra calories from milk/cream are killing my daily calorie total. I'd rather eat the calories than drink them. I've tried black coffee and just can't do it. Thank you for any suggestions!
