I am ready to add some abdominal work to my routine. I have done some online research, but am curious as to what others have found to be the best abdominal exercise.

I like crunches with a 10 lb weight on my chest and the tried and true bicycle with the opposite elbow to knee thing. I've just started doing the raise your bottom off the floor for the lower muscles but haven't been doing it long enough to see if it's going to work for me. I know there are alot more but I'm a novice. Good luck!0

You want to make sure you are working your obliques as well. Medicine ball twists are great . Check out Pintrist diet and exercise page for some ideas0
