Sedentary or lightly active?

I've been putting myself as sedentary on here, and it was working just fine, I lost 14 pounds. Well I was talking to a friend about weightloss etc. and she said I'm probably more lightly active then sedentary. Normally I am very active, like in the summer I'm out and about as much as I can be....but it being winter I tend to stay in most of the time.
So basically, my job has me working 3-4 days a week sometimes 5, they are always 4 1/2 hour shifts and I am on my feet the whole time but I'm not moving fast enough to get my heart rate up or anything...so I don't know if I count that as light activity or not...my friend says I should. When I'm home I'm sitting down most of the time, except for actual exercise which I don't want to count, I want to log that seperately since the amount of time of I exercise varys week to week.
So would I count myself as lightly active because of my job? I have 16 more pounds to lose so I want to be as accurate as possible since I know it gets harder to lose the closer you are to your goal.
Thanks .

Use lightly active and then if you notice your weight loss isn't going anywhere switch to sedentary. Or you could take the average of the calorie goals for sedentary and lightly active.0

Personally, I'd up it a level.
I think the MFP sedentary settings are very low. I work in an office, so am sat most if the day, but my fitbit has my daily calories closer to active than sedentary.0 -
I'd go up to lightly active, as I feel like days like you describe are not sedentary (though not as active as the examples they give for lightly active). The difference is probably only about 100-150 calories, which is smaller than your deficit (assuming you're set at 1 lb/week).0

I am only at 1/2 a lb a week, as 1 lb a week puts me at 1200 for sedentary and 1270 for lightly active which I know is too low for me.
At 1/2 a lb sedentary puts me at 1390 and lightly active puts me at 1520 which is only a 130 cal difference...so I guess it's not a huge difference..I just want to be as accurate as possible.0 -

and for the record if you're on your feet for your shifts that's definitely not sedentary.0 -
For a good example of sedentary for you... I am a student, but most of my school is done at home, on the computer. Unless I am getting up to do exercise (which I log) I'm pretty much just sitting, all day, every day.
You are not sedentary. You are at least lightly active.0
