Low Sugar,Sodium,Fat, and Calorie Foods, What do u Eat?

Hi everyone!

I've been eating the same safe/go to foods for about three months now. Don't get me wrong, I love my Grapefruit and Plain Greek yogurt, and natural peanut butter. But I think it's time to expand my horizons before i start to fall off. I'm one of the rare cases that can eat the same things over and over sometimes twice in a day, as long as it's got all the right macros. it's treated me well in my weight loss journey. I would love to know what some of you eat religiously to lose those pounds and keep your energy up. I'd like to make a grocery list of sorts.. so i can have more options for the next few weeks!
