    Probably eggs.

Closely followed by Greek yogurt. And fresh fruit. Veggies. Beans. Nuts. Peanut butter. Oatmeal.

    Eggs/egg whites.

Beef, cheese, sweet potatoes and bacon are all very close runners up.

Onions. Everyone in the house gets grumpy when there are no onions.

Rolled oats, frozen fruit (berries usually), almond/soya milk, turkey breast steaks, baby spinach leaves! Yummm!
  • Eggs, almond milk, bacon, tuna, beef, chicken, butter, coconut oil, mayo, celery, onions, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, a banana, avocado, roasted unsalted almonds, cashews, walnuts, macademia nuts, and jay robb whey isolate protein powder. I eat some combination of all of that every week.
