Reading Al Roker's new book - "No going back..." For those of us who thought gastric bypass was the answer and it wasn't. Also listening to audio book, "Weight Loss for people who feel too much" by Colette Baron-Reid. Very interesting take. The premise is there are some of us who absorb the feelings of others around us and we don't know how to turn it off. We eat to shield ourselves from those feelings. Has anyone read this book. If so, what is your take?
