Insanity Workout Advise

I watched the infomercial last night for the Insanity Workout , mainly because I have read many posts on here about people using it.
I have another aerobics tape, eliptical, stationary bike, light free weights and resistance bands that I use. I am 5'3, 230 lbs and have success with the exercise plan that I've been using.
My question is, is Insanity worth the money and does it really produce the results it says it does? I would love a quick jolt to my exercise, although I can adapt what I have to higher intensity.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
