Workouts & Music

Like many, I listen to music while I workout. However, I don't have a specific workout playlist. I just play whatever I feel like listening to at the time, then I just listen to the tracks on that particular disc.

I have been thinking about putting together a specific workout playlist that would take into consideration a song for warm up, cool down and post workout stretching, as well as songs to motivate me to move it while I am working out.

Please share any suggestions, play lists or specific songs you find helpful for your own workout success!
