I went shopping the other day at Costco and found both these books in their book section. For a beginner, whose trying to learn about exercise and what parts of the anatomy they affect, these are super cool! The pictures show muscle structures and which ones activate and have drawn and photographed pictures showing the body doing the various exercises. I've already found some of my exercises in them which the trainer had been teaching me and they really help to understand why I'm learning the exercise. Basically, they are pretty cool books and they weren't expensive - like $12.99 each! Anyway, if you've got a Costco membership, I thought I'd share that they are carrying these books in stock as I haven't seen them in other places.
If you have these, please tell me what you think of them.

As you say, the pictures are very instructive and the price is right.0

I'm having fun looking at them. I'm actually looking at the routines she's giving me and trying to see what groups she's working so that maybe in the future I'll be able to do a workout that hits everything.0
