SO.. today I went to Whole Foods and really wanted to get something for lunch.
I check first on the MFP database, what foods seemed " healthiest"
I bought this ALL veggie roll, called " Avocado cucumber tropical roll" IT WAS SOOOO GOOD!
Only 170 calories? I can't seem to get over this.. no soy sauce, no rice, no wasabi.. just the veggie roll, and a little peanut sauce that came with it. But even with the sauce, 170?
Does that seem a bit low to anyone?
It was Avocado, cucumber, red cabbage, carrot, lettuce, and rice paper.

The only thing in it that would be high calorie is the avocado, and that isn't particularly high in calories if you only have a small amount. An ounce of avocado is 50 calories. http://www.californiaavocado.com/nutrition/0
