Hello,
I'm three weeks in and have lost 13.4lbs and feeling very motivated I want to loose another 41lbs to go. I would like to start doing some exercises at home - I was thinking of planking - as I have done this before - starting for 10sec then building myself up to maybe 60sec - I have herd this is a good target to aim for. Does anyone have any other ideas of exercises sit ups? any arm exercises to get rid of my bingo wings???
I swim 2-3 times a week 1km hopefully building up to 1.5km as that is what I'm doing for the swimathon in the end of April.
Looking forward to hearing from people.
Thanks Tigz xxx

Fitness Blender is my life right now. For your arms, for that spot specifically, go there and search for tricep exercises. Or any of their full length upper body workouts will hit that area too.0

Hi, there are loads of body weight exercises on YouTube.
My recommendations would be:
Press ups (either on toes or knees)
Squats
Crunches
Leg raises
Good mornings
for starters. See what you like, and what you feel comfortable with.
Good luck.0 -
I think this bodyweight routine:

Swimming will be good on the days you do not do this, or perhaps you could add some walking/running as you get stronger.0 -
Zumba - youtube has some workouts on there
julian michaels - DVDs or youtube0 -

Definitely that, and now I'm adding shoulders elevated glute bridges, extra pushups, one legged calf raises, and light weight dead lifts.0 -
