Can I gain LBM as fast as I lost fat?

In phase 1 (if my calipers are correct) I lost 15 1/2lb of fat and gained 3 1/2lb of LBM in 3 months (164lb - 152lb).

Am moving on to phase 2 of my healthy body plan and hope to reverse the above to gain 12lb of LBM and maybe pick up 3-4lb of fat. MFP has me eating 2500 cal /d to gain 1lb a week - do you think I'll be back here in 3 months and succeeded or would it take much longer to gain LBM?

Still looking a training plans (no Gym here) but do resistance bands, have a few free weights and run a liitle.

Personally, I think it is a bit harder to gain LBM vs losing fat.

The ratio of lbm/fat you put on is determined by a myriad of factors... important ones being, how lean you are when you start and how fast you expect to gain the lean mass. 12 lbs in 3 months might be a bit hasty unless you're coming from a completely untrained (never lifted weights) state.

Txs, think you may be right. I am pretty lean @15.9%BF and started doing some weights so I didn't lose too much LBM 3 months ago - maybe I should change the target to 6 months then :)
