Setting a New Goal!

So after 7.5 LONG weeks of dieting I've completed my first goal of 20 lbs lost by the end of March about a week early (21 down as of 3/22). My original total loss goal was to get under 200 lbs (starting from 246) for the first time since high school but because this as felt so good this week I'm considering setting monthly goals from here on out to get to my (hopefully) final goal of 195 lbs by the fourth of July!

Anyone else find a big loss after new years?

    Nothing too hardcore with regards to working out! I try to use the wii fit on occasion (to do rigorous core exercises, not the silly games) or go for a walk or run when I can but the weather in the North East has been keeping me in lately :laugh:

    Most of it is definitely attributed to diet!
