i have a question for ppl who've lost 100+ lbs

I have been losing pretty quickly, in 3 months i've taken off 27 lbs, i've noticed my skin getting wrinkly in the under arms and side belly area. What i'd like to know is, does that eventually tighten up or what do you do to get it to tighten up? product ideas? or do ppl actually seek plastic surgery for that. thanks to anyone who responds!

  • You want to do strength training type exercises. I have really been liking the Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 or 30 day shred. I started with body rock on the internet (they might now be call the daily Hiit) They push correct form over how many you can do and give beginner modifications and their work outs are about 12 minutes. My trouble areas are my "bat wings" and inner thighs... I know they are coming along... just slower that I wish they would. But I didn't work out until I lost the first 50 pounds so now I am playing catch up with a little of the loose skin there and my upper arms have always been a bad spot for me.
