Routine Combination Help!

Im starting to plant my weekly workout and I'm really not sure how to match up the different exercises.. I have a Jilliam Michaels and Bob Harper DVDs I'm going to start doing but aside from that I want to work other parts individually and since I'm doing everything from home(aganist what I would prefer) should I pair arms and legs one day then abs and cardio the next? I'm just unsure if theres a good combination of what I should do. Or if it even makes a difference... Any advise or suggestions would be great?
