feeling like a teenage...not in a good way!

Since starting my workouts I've noticed my skin sucks! Anyone dealing with breakouts from sweating??? How are you dealing with it?!

    really? I find it's done the total opposite! The sweating is getting rid of more toxins, and since I drink even more water now than I did before it's really doing good for my skin.

    I know a lot of ladies work out in full makeup.. (I'd feel so gross) but if you do, maybe try working out with a clean face, and then make sure to wash your face afterwards as well. If you leave the sweat on your face for too long after, that mixed with our skin's natural sebum could result in breakouts :/
