Oh, help me, Rhonda! I have about 1,000 calories left. I left that many purposely so I don't blow it for the day. Tomorrow is my planned cheat meal. I know I'll do well because I'm determined to do well, but wish me willpower, people!!!

Just plan for it, save your 1000 and get in a good workout to give you even more if you need it. Then RELAX and have a good time! :drinker:0

It's one dinner/one weekend. 1000 calories is a significant amount for a meal, even if you go a couple hundred over you might still be under your goals. You honestly have nothing to worry about. Eat what you want0

On buffets and dinners that I know are high calorie, I just take a teaspoon of a few things. I'd rather eat a bite of it than regret going to the party.0
