tummy bulge will not go away, protein digestion problem?

I eat 1400 cals/day, but am consistently meeting my daily protein goal now. No matter how healthy I eat & exercise (3x week), I have a permanent small tummy bulge…even when I wake up.
It basically fits in the palm of my hand, and is starting to concern me why its not going away after eating healthy for 3 months.
I honestly don’t know if my macros is correct, but I set it to carb 60%, protein 25%, and fat 15%. I understand everyone is different, but is that a good idea? Not sure if my body is digesting all that protein efficiently, maybe leading to the permanent bulge? Ive recently started eating hemp & chia seeds, for a bout a week now, but have had the bulge before that too… help.

I would think that the carbs are more a problem than the protein as far as belly fat. Maybe lower your carb count and focus on cleaner whole foods instead.0

What kind of carbs? Fruit will give you a flat tummy; starches will bloat you up, especially gluten.
Make sure you're hydrated before you eat starches and drink water afterward (not too soon though, 45 min at least). Also get them in earlier in the day.0 -
I consistently dont reach my carb goal. I eat alot of fruits an veggies! I drink a ton of water, maybe too much, so much that i dont document it on my mfp app.0
