Hello! I'm new to these forums and have been using these apps on my androids. I'm trying to document my eating habits but every time I eat out, I don't bother tracking since I can't figure out how to get those exact numbers! So, I have two goals:

1) Losing weight so I can fit back into my old pants and feel good about myself
2) Tracking *everything* I eat daily so I make myself more accountable

There is only one thing that's confusing as heck to me...

I added one friend and we can't really monitor each other's progress other than our tickers. I guess I assumed adding her as a "Friends" would allow her to view my daily log and see how I'm doing and vice versa. Did I misunderstand this?

    No u didnt misunderstand. Under ur setting u need to have ur diary setting checked to be seen by friends only. Than they will b able to see ur diary and they have to have theirs checked too for u to b able to see theirs. Hope that helps.

    Try putting it in before you start your dinner I have found having it on my phone has changed what i would normally eat at a resturant
