according to the information from myfitnesspal if I continue like I am I will be doing good to lose 1 pound a week. I really need to lose more....... Any suggestions???????

  • My suggestion would be to follow the 1lb-2lb per week regiment. Loosing too much too fast could hurt your body and you could loose muscle and water weight not "fat" Take it slow and steady, the pounds will come off faster than you think. Good Luck!!
