NEW GUY

Well - I never thought fitness and weight was important - I have always been heavy. I turned 25 and had a midlife crisis and decided to finally get healthy. I weighed in at 320lbs on 1 June 2011 - A year later I weighed in at 189lbs. I am currently maintaining between 170-180lbs depending on my diet, exercise, and social life.

    I was always chubby and didn't think there was anything I could do to lose it. I was active, but nothing came off. It wasn't until I joined MFP that I realized I was eating too many calories. I love it here.
