Are the yellows good for you? What's the story on the egg whites? Are they better for you cooked or raw?

To my knowledge, the yolks contain the most nutrients.
I eat the whole egg, regardless of the extra calories.
I love the taste and I like knowing I am putting some decent nutrition into my body in a relatively low calorie package.

Pretty much this. The only time I go for egg white is when I am eating something that would take a LOT of eggs to make, like a ridiculously huge omelet,

the whites are almost 100% pure protein. Nearly all of the fat, vitamins and minerals are in the yolks.

The yellow bit is much higher calorie than the white bit, but is really good for you!
The white bit is quite low calorie. If you only want the low calorie bit, you can buy just the white at supermarkets and things.
Eggs are better for you cooked, otherwise you could get sick.

Unfortunately I hate eggs. Can't stand the taste or texture. They make me feel ill.

Yolks are great. However when I have an omelette/scrambled eggs, I use 2 whole eggs + 2 whites to make it a little more filling.

I also don't eat the yolks in hard boiled eggs. Not a cholesterol/calorie concern, I just don't like the taste and texture.

If you want nutrition, eat the yolk!

The yolk is too many calories packed in such a little space to me. Scary! Plus, when I have eggs, I eat like 4 of them. The yolks would definitely add up! I usually just buy a carton of Egg Beaters instead.

Most of the nutrition is in the yolk. Anyone not eating the whole egg (aside from just disliking it) is throwing out a lot of goodness!

Here is a breakdown of the whites versus the yolk:
