Working My Tail Off With Few Results

Hello all,

I'm spending nearly all my free time in the gym and I'm seeing some weight loss, but this week I went up a pound. I'm always under my calorie goal, lift heavy weights 5 days a week cardio 6-7 days a week for at least 30 mins; more often than not it's an hour to hour and a half. Yet I'm seeing few results for my efforts. My cardio is typically Elliptical, or treadmill but have started doing the stairmaster and bike to change things up a bit. I did Crossfit and other HIIT exercise routine too, but actually gained weight, and an inch in my waist... What in the world am I doing wrong? Any and all help or advice is welcomed.

Not much has changed in my waist measurment either.
