New and nervous!

Hey so I'm 20 years old and 182 pounds. Im not entirely sure how much I want to lose but my initial target is 28 pounds and then see how I feel about losing more
Slightly nervous I wont be good at sticking it but I am determined to lose weight and be healthy so I dont see why not
I am recovering from an ED BUT I in no way endorse them and in joining MFP am hoping that it will be a tool to help me drop it!
Please add me because I really want some motivators along the way; the ED wont be an issue as Im seeing someone about that currently thus getting all the support I need so dont let it put you off. I just want a few friends to spur each other on to be healthy and it would probably add to my motivation :) thanks x

  • Deciding you need to do something is a huge first step, now just keep a track on what you are doing and remember why you are doing it and where you want to be at the end and I am sure you will achieve it.
