I've tried every diet going over the years. However they're dressed up though, it's still the basic formula of cals in < cals expended. I recently found my diet diaries from 2 years ago and realised that I was exactly the same weight.
Don't know about you guys, but the minute I start counting points, syns, calories etc, I start obsessing about food.
I've had about 3 months where I've been following the Paul McKenna principles. And I'm now finding that I'm happy eating what my body tells me it wants, and I don't think about food unless I'm hungry.
But in that 3 months, I've not lost any weight. I'm still the same as I was 2 years ago. So I figured I'm gonna keep a check on calories. Not obsessing and tracking for example half a tomato, but just keeping an eye on things. So wish me luck.
