HELP:NOT LOOSING WEIGHT

Help I have stopped loosing weight. I have not lost any weight since August. I still workout 5 days per week, eat within my calorie allowance, but the scale have not moved in 6 months. As a matter of fact it went up 4 pounds. How can I move the scale down again I mostly strength train. I do heavy lifting . I use Cathe's X Train work outs. I use split days. Mondays and Wednesdays I do lower body. Tuesdays I do back and biceps and core, Thursdays I do my triceps and shoulders and Fridays I do chest and back and core. I am consistent with my workout and eating.

    Have you been taking your measurements too?
  • Yes I have been taking measurement. I have lost some inches and my clothes fit better. But 6 months and no loss is beginning to bother me. I know I lift heavy, but I should still be seeing the scale move down
