I never thought that I'd be a success story. How you can be a success story too:

1. Watch those calories! Sure, I had cheating days, but always went back to watch the calories.
2. Exercise. Like our doctors have told us, diet and exercise go hand in hand.
3. Eat healthy food. No fried nor fast food. Those french fries aren't your friend!
4. Watch your sugar intake. Sugar = fat.

I look forward to taking those last five pounds off. :)
