    Yes, I've seen the FB page. Are you having good results with it?? I felt like I was having some results, but nothing was showing on scales and I got frustrated and stopped it. That was several weeks ago, and I've gained again. So, I'm going back to it. Just curious if you've had some good results with it, how long have you been following it, etc. Thanks!

    I started it January 1st. I have lost 27 pounds and 18 inches! I am also counting my calories here on MFP. I have struggled with many diets and am finally feeling successful!

    GREAT results!! Congrats!! Were you following the 6 week challenge menus, or just making your own menu using the recipes in his Belly Fat Cure book?? I'm curious...what awesome results you've had! Keep up the good work!!
