This time last year I was aiming to get my pre-children fitness back and was doing really well - then I had an accident (which affected my legs and meant I couldn't walk) and was pretty much housebound/sitting on my *kitten* for 4 months. I'm only just starting to walk around again now and doing physiotherapy to get my strength back, but I've totally lost all my fitness motivation.
Any tips for getting out there and doing again, even when you feel like you're starting all over again?
