Yummy Tortilla Wrap Lunch

Hello! and im sorry if there is a Recipe Thread somewhere else.
But i thought i would share my yummy lunch with you!

Get:
Bell Pepper x1 -Red, Orange or Yellow
Tortilla Bread x1 (Weight Watchers)
Feta Cheese 30g ish
Mint Leaves. small handful

Slice bell pepper into 4s and grill skin side up until starting to get black,
then skin them and chop them up into thin chunks
Get tortilla and spread Feta on it
Chop up mint into fine sprinklings
sprinkle the mint sprinklings on the feta
put all the pepper pieces on the minty cheese.
roll it up!
cut into bit size chunks or devour whole!

total calories should be 184 per wrap.

but double check what type of cheese or wraps your using :)
i used to use goats cheese for this, now iv changed it to feta cheese for extra healthiness.
