Guess a lot of people can identify with these, i'm just concerned about calorie count and I know a lot will refer to measuring everything and accounting for everything which is something I've started to do a lot more since janurary rather than take average guesses however, on a sunday as im home for college i usually have dinner with my parents. Now I have a smaller portion, about half a potato some beef/lamb and veg but I can't account for approx measurments and i'm stuck wondering how to log this....i always guess about 600 but i could be far off and this could make a big difference regarding weight loss, what does everyone else do?

If you're enjoying dinner with your parents don't worry about measuring calories, just eat and enjoy. One day with some extra calories isn't going to make you gain weight if you are doing well the rest of the week.0

Yea sounds right and have been logging consistently, guess I was just making sure but it hadn't hindered my weight loss soo far so no point over thinking it.0
